Here we are going to know about Visualization: How to visualize effectively and how its important for our life.
In my own life, I have found this to be the case. I am certainly far from perfect, but over the years
I have visualized myself as being excellent in all kinds of life arenas and, sure enough, I’ve usually started to perform better in those fields.
So when I sit in my chair and see myself performing well in my mind’s eye, I often get quite excited because I know that in a few days or weeks my results will begin to improve.
Benefits of visualization:
Furthermore, just visualizing success puts me in a really good mood. It gets me focusing on solutions, not problems.
It makes me more positive, more hopeful, and more committed to taking the daily actions that I know will get me ahead in life.
Try it yourself for a week, 5 minutes each day. I assure you that soon you’ll be feeling more confident about achieving your goals and definitely happier and more motivated.
Example :How to visualize effectively
here was a test where scientists got monkeys to push a button repeatedly over several days.
The researchers discovered that certain paths (neural pathways) inside the monkeys’ brains got stronger and thicker as they pushed the button.
Then when they ceased making the monkeys press the button each day, the neural pathways got thinner and weaker again.
It’s this ability of the brain to adapt to changing circumstances that is known as neuron plasticity.
Its implications are profound. If mentally repeating something makes you better at it,
you should be able to improve your performance in almost every area of your life simply by seeing yourself doing it well, repeatedly, in your mind.
Is that correct or not whatever you are doing and you can make lot of changes you if you will try to visualize in your life.
